May 19 2007: Mario Andretti got behind the wheel of the Superformance/HiTech GT40 Mk1 “Continuation” at the Donington GP Festival. Chosen as the Course Car, GT40P/2140 also took the delighted winner of a HELLO magazine competition many miles around local Nottingham roads as his prize.
GT40P/2140 in Denmark: Nigel Hulme took his Gulf-liveried GT40 Continuation (Superformance) to Denmark - with passenger, but without any support vehicle. 2140 performed brilliantly, with only one minor glitch, on the 1500-mile trip.
